| Verification of Carrier Hazardous Material Safety Permit (HMSP) |
The Shipper Verification of Carrier Hazardous Material Safety Permit (HMSP) function allows HM shippers of hazardous materials to check the status of a carrier's permit to transport those materials. The result will indicate whether or not the carrier associated with the USDOT Number entered by the user has a current active HMSP.
