| Carrier USDOT# | Submitter must supply a USDOT number and may request a list of
vehicles associated with that number. |
| Vehicle VIN | Submitter must supply a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). |
| Vehicle license plate | Submitter must supply a two character state code and a license
plate number. |
